📜 Terms & Conditions – GlamorDraama

At GlamorDraama, we blend glamour with drama to create statement pieces that empower confidence and elegance. As each item is made-to-order and crafted specifically for you, we request you to review the terms below carefully before making a purchase.

1. 🧵 Made-to-Order Policy

All garments are made-to-order, which means production begins only after your order is confirmed. Please allow additional time for production depending on the complexity of the design.

2. 💳 Prepaid Orders Only

We accept prepaid orders exclusively. Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.
After payment, please share the transaction screenshot on WhatsApp for swift confirmation.

3. ❌ No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items

Items purchased during sales, promotional offers, or using discount codes are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. 🛠️ Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please submit a clear unboxing video and/or photos within 24 hours of delivery.
Only validated claims will be considered for a replacement or resolution.

5. 🔁 Exchange Policy (Non-Sale Items)

We offer exchange only (no returns) on non-sale items.
To be eligible:

Requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery

Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact

A valid unboxing video is required for all exchange requests

6. 🚚 Exchange Shipping Charges

Shipping costs for exchanges, including both pickup and re-delivery, are the customer’s responsibility.

7. 🧾 Credit Notes

If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for the paid amount.
Credit notes are valid for 3 months and can be applied to future purchases.

8. 🎁 Gifted Items

For exchange requests on gifted items, a valid order ID or invoice must be provided.

9. ⏳ Exchange Processing Time

Approved exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days, including pickup, quality checks, and dispatch of the new product.

10. 📦 Delivery Confirmation

We rely on Shiprocket tracking data as the final proof of delivery. Any issues or disputes must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
