Step 2: Pickup & Inspection
Once your request is acknowledged and approved, weโll schedule a pickup through our logistics partner.
The item will undergo a quality and hygiene check upon arrival at our facility.
You will be notified once the inspection is complete.
Step 3: Exchange or Credit Note
If approved, weโll ship the replacement item to your address (subject to availability).
If the requested item is out of stock, weโll issue a credit note, valid for 3 months.

๐งต Made-to-Order Policy
All products are custom-crafted per order, so we do not offer returns. Exchanges are available under specific conditions only.
๐ณ Prepaid Orders Only
We currently support prepaid orders only. No Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are processed post full payment confirmation.
โณ Exchange Timeline
Requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.
โ Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:
Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with tags intact
Must be returned in original packaging
A valid unboxing video is mandatory
๐งผ Hygiene & Damage Check
Items that are damaged, stained, altered, or fail our hygiene checks will be returned to the customer and deemed ineligible for exchange.
๐ Shipping Charges
Exchange shipping costs (pickup + delivery) are borne by the customer.
We provide a โน100 credit toward your courier cost. Any excess amount is the customerโs responsibility.
๐ณ Credit Notes
If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, a credit note will be issued, valid for 3 months.
๐ Gifted Items
If the item was a gift, the original order ID or invoice is required to process an exchange.
๐๏ธ Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased during sales, offers, or with discount codes are considered final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
๐ซ Bodysuits & Intimates
Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits and intimate wear are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
โฑ๏ธ Exchange Processing Time
Approved exchanges will be processed within 7โ10 business days, including pickup, inspection, and dispatch.
๐ง Damaged/Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos
If approved, the item will be picked up, inspected, and either replaced or refunded via credit note
For genuine defects, a full refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion
๐ฆ Delivery Confirmation
We rely on Shiprocket delivery records as final proof of delivery. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
๐ธ Price Differences in Exchange
If the exchange item is of higher value, the difference must be paid by the customer
If itโs of lower value, the balance can be adjusted via a credit note (no cash refunds)
๐ซ Right to Refuse
GlamorDraama reserves the right to decline exchanges or refunds if the item fails quality checks or if the request is deemed invalid. All decisions by GlamorDraamaโs management are final.
